Roach Manufacturing Corporation was founded in 1953 by Gay Roach Sr. Originally, the company's sole purpose was to design and build a line of heavy-duty and highly-specialized conveyors for weighing, transporting and storing heavy, bulky bales of cotton. The company continued to heavily rely upon this manufacturing concern until 1971, when the company began to market itself as Roach Conveyors. The company manufactures conveyors and conveying equipment, such as gravity, belt, roller, chain driven, flexible, extendable, accumulation, and line shaft conveyors. Roach Manufacturing currently has a total of 375 employees across three manufacturing plants in Truman and Caraway. Caraway has been a great fit for the company. They are very proud of the values evident by the local workforce through dependability and hard work. This type of dedication is exactly what they need as their business continues to grow.
