City of Brookland issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.
Applications are online at www.cityofbrookland.com website, or it can be picked up at Brookland City Hall 613 Holman Brookland, Arkansas Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Application will be accepted until January 14, 2022, until 4:30 p.m.
