ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY: Barnhouse Presents Work on Medievalism

Arkansas State University issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.

Dr. Lucy Barnhouse, assistant professor of history, was co-organizer of two panels on stereotypes and realities of medieval medicine for the International Society for the Study of Medievalism annual meeting. This work is linked to her forthcoming volume. Barnhouse also presented “Sex, Politics, Religion: Teaching Challenging Medievalisms with Becket and The Lion in Winter,” a version of which will be in a special collection from the Open Library of Humanities.
