City of Weiner issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
The Rice Festival is just around the corner!!!!
We are very excited about this years Festival since we missed last years. This is an opportunity to showcase our wonderful city and show our civic pride. Lets make sure the city looks great as we welcome our visitors this year. The city will be cleaning streets, ditches and around the tracks so lets all make our yards look as nice as possible.
