City of Weiner recently issued the following announcement.
We have found the problem with the water system. There has been a major water leak in Waldenburg and other issues have been discovered that have caused our clarifier to be overwhelmed which results in our water looking the way it does. As far as we know right now the water is safe but we are having it tested to be sure. Once the leak is repaired, we will be able to flush the remainder of the system and clear up the water.
