City of Caraway issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
With our new phone system installed at city hall, please call 870-482-3716 and you will be prompted to select the person/department you would like to speak with.
The former water department and police department numbers are no longer in service. However, you may still select the police department (option 5) to leave a voicemail.
For all emergencies, please call 911.
For non-emergency situations, call 870-935-5551 to speak with a dispatcher that can contact the officer on duty.
