Rep. Rick Crawford, who represents Arkansas’ 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on his official X account regarding national security, a tribute to Charlie Kirk, and the anniversary of the U.S. Air Force.
On September 16, 2025, Crawford announced a review by the House Intelligence Committee of recommendations made by the 9/11 Commission. He stated: “Honored to announce this @HouseIntel review of the 9/11 Commission’s intelligence recommendations. While the threats look different today, the mission remains the same: we can never allow a failure to connect the dots to result in catastrophe ever again. More from @RobyBrock”.
The following day, September 17, he posted about participating in a commemoration for Charlie Kirk: “I was honored to join my House colleagues to remember the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. Charlie was a bold champion of conservative principles and free speech, and a great American who loved this country. His legacy will continue to inspire and shape future generations.”
On September 18, Crawford extended birthday wishes to the U.S. Air Force: “I want to wish a happy 78th Birthday to the @USAirForce! I’m proud to honor the servicemembers who defend our skies, protect American interests, and secure our nation. Your courage & innovation are crucial to our warfighting ability. Thank you for your service! “
Crawford has served as Arkansas’s representative since 2011 after succeeding Marion Berry. Born in Homestead Air Force Base, Florida in 1966 and currently residing in Jonesboro, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University.
