Rep. Rick Crawford, U.S. Congressman representing Arkansas’s 1st district since 2011, recently addressed issues related to national security and the trucking industry in a series of posts on his Twitter account.
On July 14, 2025, Crawford commented on concerns regarding Spain’s handling of sensitive data, stating: “This headline is almost unimaginable. On July 16, 2025, Crawford continued to focus on transportation infrastructure by raising concerns about progress on electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and suggesting a reallocation of federal funds. He posted: “Adequate and safe parking is a top priority for our nation’s trucking industry, which is the backbone of U.S. commerce. Crawford has represented Arkansas’s 1st district in Congress since replacing Marion Berry in 2011. Born in Homestead Air Force Base, Florida in 1966 and currently residing in Jonesboro, he graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996.
