On Saturday, Nov. 22, former Nettleton High School standout Jordan Pigram’s current collegiate team the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats lost 16-38 against the Harding Bison in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.
The game took place at First Security Stadium at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Harding Bison in the tournament.
Sara Kastakova has signed with Arkansas State University’s women’s tennis team after achieving top rankings internationally. Head coach Sujay Lama praised her character while Kastakova expressed excitement about joining the Red Wolves.
Jake Wallis led Arkansas State’s men’s golf team into second place after day one of the Sun Belt Conference Championship. Three Red Wolves golfers finished under par during Monday’s opening round.
