We want to send a big shoutout and HUGE Congratulations to BCAL senior, Bennett Young.

This past weekend Bennett qualified for the National Speech and Debate Tournament which will be held in June in Phoenix/Mesa, AZ. We are so proud of her and her accomplishments. This was a milestone qualification since Bennett is the first JHS student to be a qualifier all three years of high school.

We also have an alternate in International Extemporaneous Speaking, Ganesh Nair. Congrats, Ganesh!
