0Comments

Lady Pioneers made their 2022 season debut in Batesville Ark. taking on the Lady Scots of Lyon College. Crowley’s Ridge College started strong with the excitement and passion a new season brings, taking the hosting Scots all the way into extra frames in the first set until ultimately falling short 33-35.

This did not waiver the intensity while set two would test the Pioneers again as they fought hard for every point, but Lyon would hold firm and take set two with a score of 21-25. In set three, the Pioneers seemed to keep the same spirit as before. This time their effort paid off. With a nail-biting score of 25-22, the Lady Pioneers slipped past the Scots and won set three.
