Crowley’s Ridge College issued the following announcement on April 29.
Crowley’s Ridge College adds another signee to their marquee 2022-23 signing class with the addition of Rural Special’s Brinley Morgan.
The 5-6 Morgan averaged five boards per game, four assists per game, and shot 43% from behind the 3-point line. The former Lady Rebel averaged 13 buckets per game in her senior campaign. Morgan was selected twice to the 1A All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, All-State, and All-State Tournament teams.
Brinley also played in the Izard County All-Star Senior Showcase where she was honored as the player of the game and will play in the Arkansas Activities Association All-Star Game in June in Conway. She helped Rural Special to a Class A State Championship in 2021 and competed in the state tournament in 2022. “I am extremely excited to have Brinley join our program,” said head coach Brad Phillips. “She is a winner and will be a major asset to our program.”
