City of Weiner issued the following announcement on June 24.
After numerous requests, we will be offering a Concealed Handgun Carry class Saturday July 9th at 9:00am (location to be determined). The cost of the class is $60.00, and the State Licensing fee is $91.90 for new license holders under the age of 64, $66.15 age 65 and older. U.S. Armed Forces veteran or currently serving $40.40. Contact Chief Neeley or Mayor Mike Frasier to sign up. Space is limited.
