Six new firefighters were officially hired by Jonesboro Fire Department last night in a Badge Pinning ceremony at Station 3 on Brazos.

Fire Chief Marty Hamrick and Mayor Harold Copenhaver congratulated the newly trained officers and pledged to them and their loved ones in attendance to provide all equipment and training possible to help keep them safe in this sometimes dangerous job.

Your newest JFD officers are Adam Burns, Joshua Driver, Erica Kisner, Colby Stallings, Logan Techmer and Jeff Conley.
