CITY OF JONESBORO: City to Hold Public Meeting About Possible Donation

City of Jonesboro issued the following announcement on Mar. 5.

Jonesboro residents are invited to participate in a drop-in public informational meeting regarding a proposed significant property donation near 3255 Strawfloor Road. The public meeting will be held 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, inside City Council chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to have open discussion regarding the potential land donation. The intention of the land owner is for the donated property be kept as Green Space for public use. Council chambers are located in the Municipal Center at 300 South Church Street.
