Business spotlight is Hair by Jen. It is owned by Jennifer Powell. The business was originally opened in approximately 1977 by her aunt, Mae Esther Hicks. Jennifer has been practicing cosmetology for over 20 years. She credits her aunt for teaching her a lot of her tips and tricks over the years. The shop holds a lot of special memories for Jennifer and the people who have used it over the years. Jennifer offers haircuts, color, perms, eye brow waxing and tinting, and many other services. The greatest part of working in the community for Jennifer is the support she receives from citizens and the surrounding area. She loves getting to live and work in Caraway. The community is always looking out for one another and she is so thankful for all of her patrons! Thank you Jennifer for serving the community!
