Arkansas Department of Commerce – Paragould Local Office issued the following announcement on May 21.
ARDOT held a ribbon cutting for the 14 mile four lane improvement to Highway 412.
The $59 million improvement was made possible with federal and state funds and was delivered 70 days early by Delta Asphalt and Atlas Asphalt.
